Our production equipment includes CNC screw processing center, 10m deep hole drilling machine, large special grinder for inner hole, computer controlled modulating nitriding furnace, multi-function constant temperature quenching furnace and special equipment for double alloy PTA jet and casting. About the product material, we choose high quality alloy steel (38CRMOALA) or chromium-molybdenum alloy steel black cross (SACM645), SKD61, tungsten carbide, 9CR18MOV after quenching and tempering, shaping, forming, fine grinding, surface nitriding or spray welding alloy (bimetal), polishing and other processes refined, which have the advantages of high wear resistance, corrosion resistance. We also provide nitridation, chromeplate, stainless steel, bimetal surfacing, tungsten carbide surface coating and other products to meet the needs of different uses.
